General Process

 

• All communication will be done through email once the form has been filled out

  • I will contact you first to go over the details of what you want, to exchange the references, and to answer any questions you may have, such as what I will and won’t draw or anything that seems unclear to you.

  • Me emailing you doesn’t mean an agreement has been made yet, as I may decline to draw a commission for you if what you want doesn’t match what I’m willing to draw.

  • Once we come to an agreement, I’ll say you can pay me, and once the money comes through I will begin drawing.

    • If the payment isn’t made in two days I will consider the commission canceled

  • I will send you progress pictures throughout the process. During sketching I will allow up to three changes in the pose. During flat coloring, you will choose your favorite sketch and I will color and ink it. For shaded drawings I will then shade it.

    • If at any point I miss a detail that can be clearly seen on the reference sheet, you can tell me and I will fix that without any extra cost or limit.

  • Once the drawing is done, I will send you a png and/or jpeg, and with a transparent background if you ask for it.

  • The commission may take up to two months, depending on my life and how busy I am. I will email you if it would take any longer.

 

Rules

 

• All transactions will be paid upfront in full price before work begins, and must be paid using Paypal. Once work begins there will be no refunds, so please make sure this is money you can afford to live without.

  • This also means that there will be no changes to the commission after payment is sent. If you want a full body drawing after commissioning just a bust, it will have to be a separate commission, so please make sure you are certain on what you want before commissioning me.

  • Though, if I am unable to finish the commission for whatever reason, I will refund you completely. If I find that the commission will take me longer than expected I will email you, and if you are unwilling to wait any longer, I will refund you completely. You won’t get any art from either of these situations, though.

• References of the character you wish to be drawn are required.

  • The references must already include everything that you wish to be drawn, I won’t make any changes unless they are minor, like slight color changes.

  • If you have a character that you wish to be drawn in a specific outfit, but there is no reference of that character in that outfit, I will accept a reference of the character along with a picture of the exact outfit. But again, no changes except minor ones will be made to the character or outfit.

  • References for poses would also be nice if you have anything specific in mind.

• I may blacklist you for harassment

  • Harassment is any continued attempts to get a commission at a lower price or change the price of the current commission, any insults towards me or my art, any attempts to contact me after being asked not to, or any rude behavior.

  • If you are rude to me during the commissioning process, or harass me at any point, I reserve the right to cancel any commission and refund you fully.

  • Though, I also reserve the right to cancel and refund any commission for any reason at all

• All artwork will be digital art, and will be given to the client in JPEG or PNG format. 

 

Commercial Use

 

• If you plan on using the commissioned artwork for commercial use, the price will be different

  • If the artwork is for a one time use thing, such as a Youtube thumbnail, then it will be 2x the price

  • If the artwork is for merch or something reproducible, the it will be 3x the price

  • The artwork can only be used for what we agreed on and nothing else in the future.

  • If you wish for me to stay completely silent on the commission, such as not posting it on any social media, not talking about it, etc., it will be an extra 1.5x times the price. 

  • These things must be agreed on and mentioned before payment.

 

Copyright & Usage Policy

 

• You may not use my art for anything NFT or AI related

• You may not use my art for commercial use if you have not paid the commercial use price

• You may not claim my work as your own.

• You may not trace my art or use it as a base.

• For any character design commissions, you keep the rights to the design.

• You may use the artwork for personal use, such as using it as a wall paper or printing it out for physical use.

  • You may not use the artwork for marketing or distribution, commercial or non-commercial, unless we have discussed and agreed on what it will be used for.

• I reserve the right to post the artwork anywhere on social media for self-promotion, unless other terms were discussed and agreed on upfront.

 

What I WILL draw

 

• Humans

• Anthros/Furries

• Cats/Big Cats

• Dogs/Wolves

• Rabbits

• Dragons

• Monsters

• Suggestive Content (No Genitals, No Fetishes)

  • Only exception to fetishes is collars/leashes, mostly just because I find them fun to draw.

  • I don’t consider hugging, cuddling, or kissing to be mature/suggestive content, just to be clear, so those are things I will draw.

• Gore, as long as it doesn’t show organs, bones, or muscles

  • This means that I will draw things like severed limbs, but I will not put in the effort to make things “realistic.” I will just draw them as bloody stumps.

• Complex outfits, so long as the reference shows off the outfit well enough.

  • Meaning that I am able to see all angles of the outfit that you want me to draw, and that all elements of the design are already included in the reference and are color accurate if the commission includes color. 

  • If the design is monochromatic, it must still include the different shades of color for any color commission. 

 

What I WON’T draw

 

• Mature/NSFW content (Anything that includes genitals or mature acts, like groping, grinding, etc, even if they are fully clothed)

• Racist, homophobic, transphobic, sexist content. Nothing that is meant to be rude or hurtful, either. 

• No Nazis or anything Nazi related

• Suggestive content including minors of any type of species. This also includes anything that looks/acts like a minor too, which I will be the judge of.
